【IT/DX】Product Manager

Job Description
As Product Manager you will work with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders on a highly collaborative team. You will be responsible to align your team on outcomes and drive product strategy. You will create iterative release plans and feedback loops that enable our team to create amazing products. We measure progress by shipping software, not documentation.
Qualifications
【 MUST 】
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, business-level Japanese preferred.
- The ability to perform research, brainstorm solutions, and guide product direction.
- The ability to define and communicate a product Vision and Roadmap
- Experience writing and prioritizing user stories
- Passion for Agile software development and familiarity with the Lean Startup approach
- A strong, structured approach to communication and desire to work in a collaborative environment
